Hi, Cheese course after a meal and in place of dessert. We really like "stinky" cheeses and try to have a variety on hand. We make the plates when we are making dinner to be sure they get to room temperature where the taste and texture are perfect. Sometimes have some fruit - figs, pears, blackberries. I don't do any bread or crackers (too many carbs), but will use a bit of white truffle honey. For more details Graphics Card Video
